From the mid ‘80s Tim Beaumont has been responsible for designing Health and Safety advice systems.  Developed initially for monitoring Visitors and Contractors to companies in the chemical industry, organisations in education and health, business, commerce and local government soon followed.  The paramount need was an accurate fire register in case of emergency.  Tim’s answer is as pertinent today as then, hand written paper-based slip systems, generically known as Visitor Pass systems.

Exposed to the needs of this marketplace, when a new approach to monitoring Intruder, Fire and CCTV alarm systems became available, it was added to the Monitory Systems portfolio.  The 21c monitoring technology gives users access to facilities information not previously available.  With secure web access to all the activity on their account, it is easy to check cleaner’s time sheets, unauthorised keyholder access and branch opening/closing times.  The customer chooses the service level and, the same secure access may change or update keyholder details or book an engineer.
