The visitor pass system is developed to communicate between reception and register and t show the pupil has indeed signed in late.

Authorised Absence

Here the visitor pass system is reversed to an authority to be outside school in school hours.  The ID badge is the pupil’s authority to be outside, with the school contact number, logo etc. should truancy watch require evidence that permission has been granted.

Accident and Illness

The ID badge is the notification to the parent/guardian.  No notification can be produced without the details appearing on the register.  The facility to analyse causes and areas of accidents, this system provides the information required to manage Health and Safety issues.
