Out of Hours systems help the Security services advise departments of procedures that were not undertaken before closing. Similar to the visitor pass systems the ID badge is now a notice that, for example, a computer was left on or windows/doors were not locked. Key registersFollowing the visitor pass system example, the issue of a key provides a receipt on the key hook, traceable to who that key was issued. The same entry provides the key holder with the authority to hold that key. A record of all outstanding keys is accurate and up to date. Internal deliveriesLogging parcels and goods on to premises, for onward internal delivery is resolved with yet another variation of the visitor pass system. This time the ID badge is for the parcel or goods. Attached to the parcel it's unique number identifies the lot. When the internal delivery has been made the ID badge is signed by the recipient, returned and filed numerically.
